euronav EURONAV - a vertically integrated ship owner, operator and manager providing complete shipping services in addition to its fleet of modern large tankers. Euronav increases exposure to the market by chartering vessels from other owners and tonnage provider whilst maintaining a core fleet of high quality owned or controlled tonnage.

 

exmar EXMAR - an independent shipping group serving the international gas and oil industry. Apart from providing the ships for the transportation of these products, it also performs studies and undertakes the management of commercial, technical and administrative activities for the industry.

 

deme DEME - owns and operates a fleet of over 80 main dredging vessels and additionally another 200 auxiliary vessels and specialised equipment. Versatility is a basic characteristic of this extensive fleet that is strong in every segment: in types and in sizes. This fleet is maintained, upgraded and modernized on day-to-day basis. Considerable investments have been made and are being planned to further expand of the fleet. Between 2002 and 2007 ten new dredging vessels have been built and added to the fleet. A new investment plan for another ten new dredging units is being prepared at this moment.
